You are comfortable challenging unclear access requests and can explain security and data controls to both technical and business stakeholders. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Security in a group or enterprise environment. Experience with role-based, user-based, organisation-based and integration security groups. Good knowledge of domain and business process security policies. Strong Workday reporting experience, including custom reports and calculated fields. Experience with access reviews, privileged access, internal controls and external audits. Understanding of Workday integrations, Integration System Users and Integration System Security Groups. Knowledge of GDPR, sensitive HR data, data classification and access governance. Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Professional working proficiency in English. Nice to have: Workday Security, Reporting, HCM or Integration certification. Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Integration Apps, EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs or RaaS.
