Are you a proven new-business hunter who wants to help electrify Sweden's buses, trucks and logistics fleets? ⚡️ Plugit is a Nordic EV charging operator that designs, builds and operates charging solutions for public charging, businesses and fleet depots in Finland and Sweden. We are now scaling our Swedish business and are looking for a Key Account Manager to win and grow new fleet customers with strong long-term potential – in an industry with a genuinely meaningful mission: enabling the transition to lower-emission transport. Key Account Manager, New Business, Sweden - About the role Drive new business and build long-term fleet partnerships In this role, you will drive Plugit's new business in Sweden by winning fleet customers – such as bus operators, transport and distribution companies – with strong long-term potential. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to contract signing, and then develop newly won accounts into profitable, long-term partnerships with recurring revenue. You will work closely with Plugit's Commercial and Operations teams to scope solutions, manage tenders and ensure successful customer onboarding. This is a role for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building a pipeline from scratch and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You can translate fleet operations, charging requirements and energy needs into compelling business cases. The role is based in Stockholm and involves regular travel to customers across Sweden. Key responsibilities: Identify, prospect and qualify new fleet customers in Sweden and build your own pipeline Understand customers' fleet operations, charging requirements and energy needs Develop proposals and lead commercial negotiations for initial contracts, pilot projects and subsequent expansion Respond to tenders and coordinate internal teams during solution scoping and customer onboarding Own the customer relationship from first contact through onboarding and account expansion Prepare account plans and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate sales forecasts and take responsibility for account revenue and profitability Requirements: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a clear focus on new business acquisition (not only account management) A documented track record of winning new B2B customers in Sweden, including closing complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers Experience selling solutions or services rather than single products – for example turnkey solutions, recurring services or financing models Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Strong skills in commercial negotiation, account planning and forecasting A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience Swedish driving licence (category B) It is a strong advantage if you have: Experience from EV charging, energy, electrification, transport, logistics or the automotive/heavy vehicle industry Experience of public procurement and tenders (LOU/LUF) An existing network among fleet operators, bus operators or transport companies in Sweden What we offer you: A permanent position in a growing Nordic company at an exciting phase of its Swedish expansion A competitive fixed salary plus a commission model that rewards the new business you win A key role with real influence on how Plugit's Swedish business is built – and clear opportunities to grow with it A professional, cross-functional team in the fast-growing EV charging industry Comprehensive employee benefits and thorough onboarding How to apply: Send your CV and a short cover letter in English using the form below. In your application, please describe concrete examples of new customers you have won in Sweden – for example deal size, sales cycle and your role in closing the deal. Applications that do not show documented new-business results in Sweden will not be considered. The application period ends on 15 November 2026, and the position can start by agreement. For more information about the position, please contact hiring manager Anders Jeppsson at [email protected] We review applications and interview on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline – so please apply as soon as possible.
