1. On-Site Installation, Deployment, and Maintenance Responsible for the physical installation, rack mounting, securing, and removal of customer equipment in IDC (Internet Data Center) facilities. Perform power cabling (high- and low-voltage) and network cabling (fiber optic patch cables and Ethernet cables) in strict accordance with customer requirements and technical standards. Ensure proper cable management and labeling to maintain a clean, organized, standardized, and easily maintainable infrastructure. Responsible for diagnosing server hardware failures and replacing faulty components, including but not limited to motherboards, CPUs, memory modules (RAM), hard drives, RAID controllers, hard drive backplanes, and GPUs. 2. Project Coordination and On-Site Management Serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact, coordinating with data center operators, customers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of equipment deployment and delivery tasks. Manage tools, equipment, and materials at the installation site, ensuring all activities comply with data center safety, physical security, access control, and environmental regulations. 3. Delivery Documentation and Acceptance Testing Record, organize, and maintain key information throughout the deployment process, including equipment asset records, port mapping tables, network topology diagrams, and photographs of rack installations and cabling. Compile comprehensive deployment and delivery reports. Assist customers with on-site inspections and acceptance testing, address technical inquiries, and ensure that all deliverables meet contractual requirements and technical specifications. 4. Local Spare Parts Inventory Management Assist customers with periodic or ad hoc inventory checks and asset verification of locally stored spare parts, as well as other spare parts management activities. 5. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Review and summarize lessons learned from deployment and delivery projects. Provide recommendations for improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall quality and consistency of service delivery.
