Company Description Culatello Pastabar is new restaurant in Kallio, Helsinki and will open in January 2027. 🍝 Working at Culatello Pastabar offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing concept and develop skills in restaurant service. Role Description Culatello Pastabar is looking for waiters and chefs based in Helsinki Metropolitan area We are looking for full-time, part-time and casual team members. Depending on experience and fit, responsibilities can also involve assisting with basic food preparation, coordinating with kitchen staff, and supporting the opening and closing routines of the restaurant. Team members are expected to follow hygiene and safety guidelines, communicate clearly with colleagues, and help create a friendly and efficient work environment. The role is suitable for individuals interested in restaurant work who are open to different responsibilities and willing to learn. Qualifications Experience or strong interest in restaurant, café, or hospitality work, including customer-facing service. Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues; basic English required, Finnish or other languages are an advantage. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexibly during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a calm, professional attitude. Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and following operational guidelines. Positive, respectful approach to teamwork and willingness to support others when needed. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is beneficial but not strictly required; motivation to learn is essential.
