Country Manager Qasa | A Vend Company About Vend & Qasa Vend is one of the Nordic region's most established digital marketplace groups - the company behind Tori and Oikotie in Finland, FINN in Norway, and Blocket in Sweden. With millions of users across its platforms and revenues exceeding NOK 6 billion, Vend has built category-leading marketplaces in every market it operates in. Qasa is a rental service by Vend - a fully digital platform for renting homes, with secure contracts, payments, and built-in guarantees for both landlords and tenants. Launched in Finland in 2022, Qasa has the product, the backing, and the network. What's needed now is the commercial leadership to scale it. The role As Country Manager Finland, you'll own the growth and development of an established market. You'll be part of Qasa's leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO - with full responsibility for strategy, execution, and results in Finland. Finland is at a stage where growth comes from commercial excellence and business development. The opportunity is significant - but realizing it means building scalable ways of acquiring and retaining clients, not just winning one-offs. You'll set the commercial direction, establish the partnerships and channels that compound over time, and keep the team focused on the metrics that matter. You'll represent Qasa in Finland externally with users and partners, and internally across Product, Tech, and Marketing. You'll grow the local organization and take full accountability for the Finnish business. And as the business grows, so do you. What you'll do Own the Finnish market strategy and execution - with full P&L responsibility Build scalable commercial models for supply and demand growth - partnerships, channels, and acquisition loops that don't rely on one-off deals Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team Oversee key operations - including support, contract flows, and payments Translate user insight into business decisions and product input Collaborate closely with central Qasa and Vend teams to align strategy and delivery Who you are A hands-on leader with experience scaling a business - not just starting one. You know how to move from early traction to sustainable growth, and you think in systems: setting ambitious targets, building the structure to hit them, and developing a team that executes at scale.
