Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Developer with strong technical experience in on-premises ServiceNow environments, platform administration, and application development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience performing ServiceNow releases, upgrades, and patching in an on-premises environment, along with hands-on expertise managing domain-separated instances. This role focuses on technical platform administration, configuration, development, and ongoing platform maintenance. It does not include platform ownership, enterprise governance, or strategic oversight responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform ServiceNow platform administration, including user and access management, data imports, and table maintenance. Execute ServiceNow release upgrades, patching, and related maintenance activities in an on-premises environment. Administer and support domain-separated ServiceNow environments. Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals and Service Catalogs. Build and maintain applications within domain-separated and scoped application environments. Configure and support Flow Designer flows and ServiceNow Workflow solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub. Troubleshoot platform issues, investigate technical defects, and implement solutions to maintain platform stability and functionality. Support ongoing platform enhancements and application development in accordance with established technical standards. Required Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience as a senior ServiceNow developer, platform administrator, or in a combined administrator/developer role. Confirmed experience working with on-premises ServiceNow environments , including release upgrades and patching. Practical experience administering and developing within domain-separated ServiceNow environments. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow instance administration, including user management, data imports, and table maintenance. Experience developing and maintaining Service Portal and Service Catalog solutions. Hands-on development experience with scoped applications and domain-separated configurations. Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflow. Experience developing and maintaining integrations using Integration Hub. Relevant ServiceNow certifications, with details of current certifications provided as part of the application. Preferred Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting complex platform and application issues in on-premises ServiceNow deployments. Experience supporting platform upgrades, application compatibility, and post-upgrade validation. Ability to work independently on technical administration, development, and maintenance tasks.
