This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of high-impact procurement processes from the bid stage through to successful project execution. Your key responsibilities - End-to-End Procurement Management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies and RFx activities through supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and final contract execution. - Tendering & Subcontracting: Prepare, issue, and manage clear, highly detailed RFQs for equipment suppliers and specialist installation subcontractors. - Commercial & Technical Evaluation: Review quotations, support technical and commercial comparisons, and drive supplier selection. - Material Take-Offs: Assist estimators with material and equipment take-offs, including accurate cable quantity estimations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and Legal teams to deliver effective procurement solutions and optimize supply chain efficiency. - Supplier Management: Maintain clear procurement records, tender registers, and seamless, continuous communication with suppliers and subcontractors. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a technically strong, energetic, and solution-oriented procurement professional who loves velocity, excels in dynamic, fast-moving projects, and wants to grow within a leading infrastructure company. We expect you to have: - 3+ years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role. - Background in building systems (talotekniikka / MEP), electrical installation, power systems, or complex industrial construction projects. - Proven track record in subcontractor tendering and managing competitive bidding processes with specialist subcontractors. - Solid understanding of data center construction, electrical installation methods, and general construction sequencing. - Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively in English. Desirable Skills (considered an advantage) - CAD drawings: Ability to read and work with CAD drawings. - Revit: Experience with Revit. - Bluebeam Revu: Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu or similar tools. - Industry Experience: Previous experience in data centers, building system projects, industrial facilities, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
