Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta: Lead and coordinate plant development projects and change management for STH testing facilities focused on sustainable fuels and new plant technologies. Prepare technical data and RFQs, manage project cost and schedules, and support installation and commissioning while ensuring work meets requirements and specifications. Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical/Process Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in power plant, construction, or industrial marine & energy projects, with supervisory experience preferred. We are looking for a Chief Project Engineer to STH (Sustainable Technology Hub) plant development team. In this job, you work as a part of Plant Development team. The Plant Development team works as an expert in engine testing infrastructure and systems. Our team works as an enabler for implementing the sustainable future fuels and their needed technologies to our new STH testing facilities. You will influence and participate in a rapidly developing plant environment. This job requires a determined and systematic approach to moving things forward. Location: Vassa, Finland (On-site) Your role and responsibilities Lead and coordination of change management within plant development projects Coordination of plant development projects Coordination of plant system engineering Preparation and gathering technical data for sub-contracting and equipment RFQs Project cost and time-schedule preparation and follow-up Safeguard that works under own responsibility area are executed according to requirements, specifications, instructions and policies Supporting development projects during installation & commissioning phase Manage and maintain good reporting practices and document management To succeed in this position, you are expected to: Hold B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical / Process Engineering (or similar). At least 5 years of relevant experience within the power plant, construction, or industrial industry. Hands-on experience working on Marine & Energy projects. Prior experience in a supervisory capacity within a power plant or construction site environment.
