To ensure our customer service and sales team continues to impress with its expertise and dedication, we’re looking for you as an Inside Sales in Turku — someone who is passionate about working with customers and reliably manages projects. Your Responsibilities At a Glance You will advise, support, and help customers grow, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers. You will create, track, and process quotes and orders—with a focus on finding the best solution. With the help of our Factory Management team in China you will support the supply chain. You will analyze technical requirements in collaboration our technical team. You will be responsible for the entire sales process and use our CRM system to maintain all relevant client and project data. You will be actively contribute to process optimization and project management. We’re looking for you With a passion for technology—you can explain complex topics in a clear, customer-focused way. Thriving with team spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with customers Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
