We are looking for a full-time, permanent Operations Function Analyst to join our Asset Servicing and Issuer Services team in Operations You will combine hands-on daily operations with development work across insider register, shareholder information and general meeting services. Working closely with colleagues, issuers, financial institutions and participants, you will improve services that clients and markets rely on. You will join a collaborative, growth-minded team and report to Laura Sotka, Team Manager, Asset Servicing and Issuer Services. Your responsibilities This position combines hands-on operational client service with the opportunity to develop, test and implement new processes and services. You will build expertise in the relevant regulations and central securities depository system functionalities while helping us deliver a high-quality client experience. In this role you will Deliver general meeting services to clients ranging from smaller issuers to major listed companies Support and participate in day-to-day operational client service Support clients using our new insider register system, Insider Elements Handle shareholder information-related tasks Ensure a high-quality client experience through regular and proactive communication Manage internal operational tasks such as invoicing and statistics Take an active role in developing, testing and implementing new processes and services What We Are Looking For Experience in back-office operations in the financial sector A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher Strong knowledge of the Finnish book-entry system; insider register knowledge is an advantage A customer-oriented, detail-conscious and proactive approach A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to perform under pressure Effective communication and teamwork skills, together with the ability to work independently The ability to work in an international and multicultural environment A quick-learning, development-oriented mindset and the ability to understand the broader context Enthusiasm for improving existing processes and developing new ways of working Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish is considered an advantage Regular onsite presence at our Helsinki office, in line with our hybrid working guidelines.
