We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to join Gofore! We are looking for Software Architects to join our growing team and work on a variety of projects of different sizes across both the public and private sectors. What We Expect from You Previous experience working as a Software Architect Extensive and diverse experience in software development (10+ years) Strong expertise across multiple technologies and programming languages Hands-on experience with some of the technologies used in our projects, such as React, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Azure, and AWS Fluent Finnish and English language skills A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt to customer project needs, including flexibility regarding ways of working and work locations Previous coaching, mentoring, or sparring experience is considered an advantage As a Software Architect, you will design and lead nationally significant software development initiatives. You will work in a responsible role as part of an agile development team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. In addition to development work, you will be involved in the client engagement or project throughout its entire lifecycle and collaborate closely with customers to transform business plans into technical roadmaps. You will support both the development team and the client’s Product Owner in architectural work and help create sustainable long-term solutions. Salary For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader. Typical salaries for this role range from 5 000-6 500 € per month, in addition to a bonus based on your monthly billing. The final salary level will be defined as discussions progress and we gain a more detailed understanding of your expertise. We also offer separate bonuses linked to the company’s success, which may relate to areas such as recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s brand awareness.
