Site Manager - Large Scale Data Center Projects

Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta: As Site Manager, you will manage Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing and commissioning and act as the Project Manager’s on-site representative to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate daily activities of Eaton teams and subcontractors, lead site meetings, monitor progress and resources, report risks and support testing, commissioning and handover. The role requires experience in installation and commissioning, managing electrical works on medium-to-large construction sites, data center projects, knowledge of health, safety and quality systems, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills with a proactive, customer-focused and adaptable approach are expected, and the position offers work on cutting-edge EMEA data center projects with international exposure and career development. What you’ll do: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.
