Senior Developer – Product & Engineering 🎯 Purpose of the Role We didn’t just build another hotel system — we rethought how it should work for the future of experience-driven hospitality. You’ll build beautiful, intuitive UIs and help shaping the next generation of our all-in-one resort management system. From architecture discussions to polishing the final details of a new feature, you’ll make Moder’s product feel effortless and modern for thousands of daily users. For this role we are optimally looking for candidates with experience in complex backend systems and ERP systems including invoicing, payments, accounting and reporting functionalities. If you are a strong software professional, don’t hesitate to apply even if you haven’t worked with these domain areas. You’ll work closely with our CTO, Head of Product & Design, and the rest of the product team in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into shipped features quickly. We are looking for self-guided people who can drive initiatives and suggest better ways of working. Our tech stack consists of Vue, Tailwind, Laravel, InertiaJS and MySQL. We are also integrating AI services into our product and using AI in internal processes like product management, development, testing, architecture. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Implement new features and improve Moder’s product Participate in product design and technical architecture decisions Write efficient and maintainable code. Vue and Laravel, integrating AI services.
