We are currently looking for Region Head of Sales to help us create a world that is one degree better In this position, you will lead an experienced regional sales and export coordination team located across the region to create brand awareness and identify new business opportunities across the region (EMEA, SEA Pacific, India, Central Asia). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure profitable growth and high customer satisfaction within the region. In addition, you will gather and consolidate regional market requirements for products and services, contributing to market-driven business development. Your responsibilities include: Developing a well-informed sales strategy for the region and monitoring its performance Ensuring that business revenue targets are achieved Leading sales organization with right scale and competence Creating and following up action plans that are results-driven and include clearly defined responsibilities and targets Developing pricing guidelines and -lists that ensure financial viability With sales team, identify new prospects and convert them into customers Managing order handling with export coordinator team Leading effective communication across internal functions to facilitate the order-to-delivery process Provide Oilon group with regional market requirements and priorities for product roadmapping Flexible location: Europe What are we looking for in a candidate? To succeed in this role, you have extensive experience in international sales and business development, including at least 10 years in international sales and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. In addition, you hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in technology or business. An understanding of burners and related industrial/heating applications is essential. You have experience in selling industrial products or systems through sales channels such as OEM’s, system integrators, contractors and service companies. You communicate fluently in English and Finnish and are comfortable working in an international business environment.
