The role acts as the communication bridge between Gameplay Capture, Post Production and clients, working closely with the Head of Gameplay Capture and Post Producers in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You should have relevant experience across game development, gameplay capture or post-production, strong English communication skills, production coordination ability and a genuine interest in games. This is a full-time permanent on-site position in Ruoholahti, Helsinki with a preferred start date of 1 December 2026 and a salary of approximately 4500 €/month according to your skills and experience, plus benefits. On It Films, an in-house video partner for Supercell, is looking for a full-time Gameplay Capture Producer to join their gameplay capture team and help keep the capture process running smoothly from request to final delivery. About the role As a Gameplay Capture Producer, you’ll sit at the intersection of gameplay capture, post-production and clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the schedules and priorities of seven Gameplay Capture Artists and making sure capture requests are understood and prepared correctly. You’ll work closely with the Head of Gameplay Capture, who leads the team and supports you in your work. The environment moves fast, with multiple projects running in parallel and deadlines changing quickly, so keeping production aligned and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time is key. What you’ll do Manage the production schedule for Gameplay Capture Artists based on project priorities, deadlines, artist availability and project needs, while maintaining a sustainable workload. Coordinate gameplay capture requests from start to finish, ensuring the team has the necessary information, game builds, instructions and references. Act as the communication bridge between Gameplay Capture, Post Production and clients, keeping schedules, requirements, priorities and potential issues aligned. Work closely with Post Producers to turn upcoming needs into practical capture plans and identify bottlenecks or conflicts before they impact production. Work directly with clients, helping clarify their requests, priorities and delivery expectations. Develop workflows, processes, documentation and communication together with the Head of Gameplay Capture. What makes you a great fit? You’re a strong communicator who works well with people and knows how to keep a busy production moving. You’re comfortable juggling priorities and making sure everyone has what they need to do great work. Your background could be in game development, gameplay capture, video or post-production, VFX or animation. You don’t need to know all of these inside out – what matters is the curiosity to learn the rest. You should have Relevant experience across a mix of game development, gameplay capture, video and post-production workflows – we don’t expect you to know them all. Strong communication skills in English across teams and clients. What’s important is the ability to translate technical or production-related information between different teams, making sure everyone understands not only what is happening, but also why it matters. Strong production coordination skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving and balance changing priorities, deadlines and team capacity. A genuine interest in games and curiosity to learn more about game development and gameplay capture. You’ll be especially good at this role if you Have hands-on understanding of gameplay capture and what it takes to get the right material into post-production. Have experience working directly with game studios and clients. Have a good understanding of games, gaming terminology and how games are made. Experience working across complex production pipelines and understanding how small changes can have a wider impact later in the process.
