Quality Manager, Data Center

AALTOVOIMA - GO TO WORK WITH THE POWER OF THE WAVE We are looking for an experienced and rock-solid Quality Manager to take responsibility for quality management on our clients data center project. The project is currently focused on building services (MEP) and interior works, so we expect you to have strong, demonstrated experience from demanding building services and industrial projects. As Quality Manager, you will ensure that the projects quality processes, handover materials, and installation work meet the international clients strict criteria and P1 cleanliness classifications all the way through to the commissioning and handover phases. You will also act as the direct supervisor of the site organizations quality engineers. Key responsibilities: * Team management: Act as the direct supervisor of the sites quality engineers, guiding their day-to-day work, resourcing, and areas of responsibility. * Quality management & processes: Responsible for maintaining the projects Quality Management Plan (QMP), approving Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and managing non-conformance processes (NCR / punch list). * Commissioning & handover: Participate in the quality gates of system commissioning (Commissioning Levels 1–5) and ensure high-quality handover documentation (As-Built). * Reporting & stakeholders: Lead QA/QC meetings and report regularly on the projects quality status, in both Finnish and English, to management, the main contractor, and the international client.
