As a Site Manager , you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating on-site installation activities Managing site teams and subcontractors Ensuring quality, safety, cost control, schedule and productivity targets are achieved Acting as the main on-site contact towards customers and stakeholders Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager Resolving operational challenges and driving effective decision-making in a dynamic project environment.
