About the role
As a Certification Trainee you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to certification activities, including scheduling audits, preparing certificates, and invoicing. You will be a key player in providing a smooth execution of certification processes and effective document management. The main goals are to ensure a high level of client and auditor satisfaction as well as timely scheduling of surveillance audits.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Work tasks
- Audit & Resource Planning: Coordinate monthly schedules, assign audits to auditors, determine team compositions, and manage workload planning.
- Client & Audit Support: Transmit audit plans/reports, prepare auditor documentation, update client databases, and oversee post-audit documentation.
- Process Oversight: Ensure timely execution of surveillance visits, supervise certification decisions, and generate certificates in line with accreditation standards.
- Administrative Operations: Manage sales and workload reporting, log new client/contract data, and handle incoming correspondence.
We are looking for
- Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in a technical or business/economic field.
- Languages: Working proficiency in English (for software systems). Written communication skills in Swedish is seen as an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in office software, especially MS Excel.
- Key Traits: Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, customer-centric mindset, and great teamwork abilities.

- Duration & extent: 6-month contract, fulltime (start date within 2-3 weeks)
