We are looking for an independent problem-solver with proven experience in data handling, reporting, and Alteryx workflow automation. About the role In this role, you will play a key part in end-to-end reporting processes, data handling, and process automation by leveraging Alteryx and SQL to build and optimize efficient data workflows. Bridging the gap between financial/risk data and regulatory reporting standards, you will collaborate across functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outputs that directly support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Work tasks This role is focused on leveraging Alteryx, SQL, and Excel to automate data workflows and improve reporting efficiency. Reporting & Data Automation: Design, maintain, and automate end-to-end data workflows and reporting systems for ESG and Pillar 3 requirements. Data Management: Process, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources ensuring data integrity and consistency. Process Improvement: Continuously refine reporting workflows and adopt a flexible approach to changing regulatory environments and system updates. Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Communicate reporting outputs, process changes, and analytical insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders while collaborating across the organization to align disclosures with requirements. We are looking for 2+ years of professional experience in data handling, reporting, and process automation Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SQL Good / advanced expertise in Alteryx for workflow automation Fluency in English with strong cross-team collaboration skills A flexible approach and adaptability towards business and process changes It is meritorious if you have Skills with Python Understanding of banks' balance sheet structures Experience with ESG reporting or knowledge of ESG concepts Experience in reporting system development and end-to-end process handling To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: Change oriented Goal oriented Responsible Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
