You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated test SW solutions to testers used by production globally. You will maintain high quality standards and performance, working closely with R&D and production teams. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software development and production test automation with end-to-end responsibility. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for production environments with C# Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with colleagues globally for resolution. Troubleshoot issues in lab, Oulu NPI and EMS factories when required Contribute to quality metrics, test coverage analysis, and continuous quality improvements Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in C# and test sequence creation with OpenTAP. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must-have: • Solid experience in object-oriented software development • Proficiency in C# and version control. Other languages are a plus • Experience with test automation development (OpenTAP) • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Valid passport from a NATO member country Nice-to-have: • Understanding of RF technologies, measurement devices and methods • Experience of PLC programming • BSCAN / JTAG knowledge • Knowledge of production environment and processes If we've caught your interest, please apply as soon as possible, as we will fill the position once a suitable candidate is identified.
