We are now looking for a full-time Regional Information Security Specialist What you'll do: - Support Operations and Logistics/SCM across the EMEA & South America region - Develop, support and control plant-level operational finance processes - Monitor, analyse and report operational KPIs - Support preparation and evaluation of business cases - Prepare weekly and monthly recurring as well as ad-hoc management reports - Provide on-site controlling support to manufacturing plants across the region - Work closely with Operations, Finance and plant teams to drive performance - Support special projects and assignments from senior management What we're looking for: - Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar - Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment - Controlling experience, preferably within manufacturing - Wire harness / automotive industry experience is a strong advantage - Good knowledge of MES and ERP systems and advanced Excel skills - Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities - Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills - Result-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities - Fluent English; other European languages are an advantage - Willingness to travel - Valid work permit in EU or Serbia What we offer: - Opportunity to work at the intersection of Operations, Finance and Supply Chain - Direct involvement in operational performance and business decision-making - International and cross-cultural working environment - Close cooperation with plant teams and senior Operations and Finance leadership - Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement across the region - Broad responsibility with exposure to multiple manufacturing locations If this role aligns with your experience and career aspirations, we encourage you to apply via LinkedIn by September 27th, 2026 at the latest.
