We are seeking a Design Manager to support the successful delivery of a major project within the data centre sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design activities, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, and ensuring project requirements are met throughout the design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a key contact between project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Monitor design progress and support the delivery of project milestones. Facilitate design coordination meetings and technical workshops. Review technical documentation and ensure consistency across project deliverables. Support the management of design changes, technical queries, and project risks. Collaborate with site and project teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements. Support quality, safety, and documentation processes related to project delivery. Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years’ experience managing the design delivery of large-scale construction projects Experience working on large-scale construction or data centre projects. Strong understanding of design coordination and multidisciplinary project delivery. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience reviewing technical documentation and coordinating project deliverables.
