Tämä tiivistelmä on luotu tekoälyn avulla. Are you a detail-oriented graphic designer with a sharp visual instinct, a passion for core design theory, and a knack for setting up pixel-perfect print files? Do you want to work in an international growth environment where your technical execution elevates an established, award-winning brand identity? We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team in Tampere or Helsinki! In this role, you’ll join a design-driven team where quality is at the core of everything we build. Working closely with a supportive manager, you’ll thrive in an environment where clear guidelines, high standards, and attention to detail are celebrated. If you take pride in technical perfection and love bringing a brand's visual language to life with absolute consistency, this is the position for you. Your responsibilities include: Flawless design execution: Produce high-converting marketing, sales, and presentation materials, aligned with Framery’s brand guidelines. Print & pre-press management: Serve as our primary point of contact for print houses and vendors. You’ll oversee physical print production, specifying paper stocks, ensuring color accuracy, and setting up pre-press files (InDesign) independently. Digital & print: Own file preparation and layout execution for both physical assets, including printed magazines, editorial ads, brochures, and digital assets like presentations, social media visuals, and other graphics. Cross-functional asset delivery: Provide hands-on graphic support to cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales), ensuring visual consistency across every customer touchpoint. Brand guardianship: Maintain asset libraries and brand guidelines across all outputs. What Makes You a Great Fit? You take immense pride in technical design perfection, structural alignment, and typographic balance. You thrive in an environment where clear guidelines, high standards, and attention to detail are celebrated. With your structured working style, you easily manage file hygiene, versioning, and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, bringing a respectful, open, and solution-oriented approach to daily communication. We’re looking for: Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field. Work experience: ~2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (agency or in-house). Technical mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign (master pages, grids, styles, export specs), Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Figma is required. Print expertise: Solid working knowledge of pre-press production: bleed, trim, resolution, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), paper weight/finishes, and physical print oversight. Design theory: Strong understanding of foundational layout principles: typography, grid alignment, visual hierarchy, contrast ratios, and spatial relationships. Industry mindset: An understanding of the Architecture & Design (A&D) landscape. Additional Assets: Design automation: Experience in template development and automation to speed up the production process, while ensuring brand guidelines are met. Visual storytelling: Experience with 3D renderings, basic animation/Premiere Pro, or video editing is considered an advantage. Don’t worry if you don’t 100% tick all the boxes - we are eager to hear about you, as we also leave room for the motivation to grow and learn to fit the role. Why consider this role? Join an Industry Pioneer: Framery’s soundproof pods are used by 70% of Forbes Top 100 companies, including Nvidia, Puma, and Microsoft. Build on Success and Global Growth: You are joining a profitable, international growth company where you have the autonomy to make the role your own. Work for a Sustainability Leader: We are committed to making the world’s most sustainable pods, continuously innovating to set the industry standard. Thrive in a People-First Culture: We prioritize employee well-being and foster a fun, dynamic work environment. Framerians always come first. Recruitment Process Video interview. First face
