What you will do Build AI-enabled solutions for validated business opportunities, moving from problem definition to working solution with clear business value, adoption path, and measurable outcomes. Work directly with business owners, central functions, IT, data teams, and external partners to translate business challenges into concrete AI solution designs and implementation plans. Develop practical solution components such as data pipelines, integrations, prompts, workflows, user interfaces, APIs, and automation logic needed to make AI solutions usable in real business processes. Design for scale from the start by creating reusable patterns, documentation, and components that can be adopted across teams, business areas, and future AI use cases. Focus on sustainable, scalable solutions rather than one-off experiments, ensuring that prototypes have a clear route to operation, ownership, maintainability, and responsible AI use.
