About the role
We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our Incentive Design team in Helsinki. In this role, your focus will be on technical and data-driven execution, advising clients, ranging from scale ups to global large cap companies, on how to bridge the gap between business strategy and execution through equity incentive design.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating in project teams to unpack client challenges, moving from the initial problem definition to delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
- Taking ownership of specific workstreams and analyses, backed by the mentorship and guidance of senior team members.
- Driving quantitative work, including executing financial analyses, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and targeted market research related to incentive plans.
- Translating complex financial data into sharp insights, directly contributing to the creation of high-quality, client-ready presentations.
- Working closely with teammates and clients in an interactive, energetic, and highly collaborative environment.
About you
We are looking for a driven talent who has few years of experience in for example financial market analysis, consultancy or similar. You’re not afraid to take initiative and you navigate seamlessly across a variety of tasks. Your work style is self-driven, and you take pride in seeing tasks through to completion, while also enjoying close collaboration with your team and various business units.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Experience of 2–4 years in financial markets, equity analysis, M&A advisory, strategy consultancy or other relevant field.
- A degree in Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field, with excellent academic results.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Finnish and English, as English is our corporate language. Additional languages, especially Swedish, are a plus.
- Sharp analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills. You handle complex data with ease, build structured logic, and turn your findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You express ideas with clarity and impact, feeling confident when presenting insights to both teammates and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and leadership potential. You enjoy working across diverse teams and show a natural drive to support and lift your peers.
