We are looking for reliable and hardworking traffic marshalls to join our busy team on a huge construction site in Vihti. Immediate start available for the right candidate. Job Title: Traffic marshall (Liikennetuomari) Location: Vihti, Finland Job Type: Full-time, long term (~2 years), employment by contract Hourly rate: 20 eur/ hour, 40h a week, from 7:30am - 15:30 Must have Right to work in Finland or be EU/EEA Citizens Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Guidance: You safely direct trucks to drop off materials and move around tight, crowded sites Hand Signals: You use clear hand signs and two-way radios to communicate with drivers when their view is blocked Pedestrian Safety: You build safe walking paths so workers and visitors stay away from moving equipment Site Security & Delivery Check-in: You watch site gates to stop unauthorized people from entering You also check driver paperwork and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Hazard Checks: You check travel paths for bumps, holes, or debris before a truck drives over them. Qualifications: Valid Certification: Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti) Tieturva 1 (Traffic marshal card/certificate) Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience on a similar role Language: must speak & understand English (B1 (Intermediate)) Please apply online at [email protected] or apply on jobly with CV.
