Artificial Intelligence Engineer

I'm partnered with an exciting early-stage AI startup that is transforming how businesses eliminate repetitive work through the use of AI assistants and intelligent workflow automation. This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the first technical hires, working directly with the founding team to build AI-powered products from the ground up and influence both technical and business decisions. 💡 What makes this role different? You'll be responsible for: ✅ Designing and developing AI assistants embedded within real business workflows ✅ Building and deploying production-ready AI agent solutions ✅ Taking ownership of products from concept through to deployment and operation ✅ Influencing architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices ✅ Working closely with founders in a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment ✅ Helping define how AI is used to solve meaningful business challenges 🛠 Key Technical Requirements We're looking for a hands-on engineer who combines a strong software engineering background with practical experience building AI agent solutions. Essential Experience ✔ Strong software development experience, particularly with Python ✔ Minimum 12+ months of experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications ✔ Experience owning and delivering solutions end-to-end ✔ Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows Experience with AI Frameworks such as - LangChain - LangGraph - CrewAI - LlamaIndex - Strands Agents SDK Cloud Experience Experience with one or more of: - AWS (preferred) - Azure - GCP 💻 Current Technology Stack - Python - AWS - Lambda - Bedrock - DynamoDB - S3 - AI Agent Frameworks - Generative AI - Agent-based Architectures Reach out on [email protected] to learn more!
