Hull Fitter / Heavy Plate Worker / Steel Fabricator We are looking for experienced first-class hull fitters for shipbuilding projects in Finland. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant shipbuilding experience in Scandinavia or the EU Must be able to read and fully understand technical drawings Must be able to make markings independently according to drawings Must be able to work independently, without a partner or constant supervision Must be able to assemble steel structures according to drawings Must know how to tack weld Must know how to use flame cutting equipment Must understand shipbuilding tolerances and fitting quality requirements Experience with blocks, sections, hull structures and heavy steel plates is required Important: We are looking only for first-class hull fitters . Please do not apply if you have worked mainly as a helper, assistant, second fitter or only as part of a pair. The candidate must be able to take drawings, make markings, fit the parts and prepare the structure independently.
