Procurement Specialist

Are you passionate about procurement, digital tools and turning sourcing activities into efficient and compliant business solutions? We are looking for two Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Operations team. In this role, you will work across the Source-to-Pay process, supporting sourcing activities, enabling contracts into operational purchasing and using procurement data to identify opportunities for better compliance, efficiency and ways of working. About the role Here you will play an important role in building the collaboration and ways of working towards the procurement community and our business teams. In your role your primary responsibilities will for example be: Ensuring operational procurement services are provided in time and good quality with efficiency Facilitating RfX events in alignment with strategic sourcing to obtain best value as well as ensuring an efficient and compliant RfX process from system perspective Support suppliers throughout RFx processes and help ensure effective supplier onboarding Translate awarded contracts into operational purchasing solutions, ensuring contracts can be effectively utilized through appropriate purchasing channels Use operational S2P data to identify trends, compliance gaps and improvement opportunities across supplier onboarding, sourcing, RFx activities, purchasing channels, POs and contract utilization. Identify recurring operational issues, including invoice and supplier compliance challenges, and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions Participating to optimize Source to Pay processes and developing procurement systems Participating pre-defined projects with varying role Contributing to continuous improvement, standardization and digitalization across Procurement Operations You’ll report directly to Manager, Procurement Operations. We’re looking for a new team member to join us in Espoo, but we work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your professional and personal needs. About you We are looking for someone who has: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or procurement. At least 2 years of experience in procurement. Experience with Source-to-Pay and RFx processes. Experience with SAP Ariba or a similar procurement platform is considered a strong advantage. Fluency in Finnish and English. For one of the two positions, fluency in Swedish is required. You are a proactive and solution-oriented team player with a positive, open-minded and strong “can-do” attitude. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable driving topics forward with different stakeholders. You are eager to master new tools and systems, and excited about AI, automation and the digital transformation of procurement.
