Pizza Chef / Kitchen Partner Entrepreneurial Opportunity

We are building a growing food concept in Kuopio and looking for a skilled and motivated pizza chef who wants to help build something long-term from the ground up. This is not a traditional job opportunity. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to grow together with the business through the early-stage grind. Responsibilities: Preparing authentic Italian-style pizza dough and Hand-stretched pizzas. Shawarma and rulla bread preparation. Familiar with grilling and frying. Maintaining kitchen quality and consistency. Contributing to the development of the food concept. Requirements: Experience in pizza making and dough handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong work ethic and responsibility. Long-term mindset and willingness to commit. Finnish and English language skill.
