IR & Communications Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in investor relations and listed company operations. In this role, you will be responsible for Glaston's investor relations and corporate communications. We value proactive, flexible and hands-on approach, as well as the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities in a listed company environment. While you work independently, you are also a collaborative team player. This is what your work is about ​ Writing and publishing interim reports, annual reports, stock exchange and press releases, preparing investor presentations, Q&A’s, other IR communications materials and leading the Glaston interim reporting process and coordination Managing investor communications efficiently responding to inquiries and requests Communicating and developing Glaston's equity story Organizing and participating in investor events Organizing and preparing materials for Annual General Meetings External corporate communications. Company website: owner of investor and sustainability content. Key user for release distribution platform. This is your preferred background ​ In-depth knowledge and solid experience working in a listed company environment and a good understanding of financial reporting, stock market regulations, and investor communications Higher education in a relevant field (e.g. economics, business, finance, communications) Fluency in both Finnish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills What Glaston offers you At Glaston, you will work in a meaningful role within international environment and be part of a positive and supportive work community.
