You will be based in Helsinki and report to the CIO and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe. Your role in the blend You will be both a hands-on architect and a people leader. You lead EA, but also maintain and set the target architecture and make sure it fits our strategy and strategic initiatives. You will also lead and develop the domain architects, working in a matrix organization alongside business, product and delivery teams. Your responsibilities: Lead Paulig Enterprise Architecture, aligned with business strategy and the Horizon program Define and maintain the target architecture and roadmap for one specific domain Act as the senior architecture voice Lead, coach and develop a team of domain architects, and set clear ownership, ways of working and quality standards Set architecture principles, standards and governance that enable teams rather than slow them down Partner with business leaders, product owners and vendors to turn business needs into pragmatic, well-sequenced solutions Keep technical debt, risk and cost of ownership visible, and steer the landscape toward fewer, better-integrated systems As member of the IT & Digital leadership team, you work closely with other IT & Digital leadership team members to keep the enterprise architecture coherent across the group What we are looking for Must have: Solid experience as an enterprise or domain architect, with a proven record in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics environments Experience leading architects or other experts, formally or as a technical lead Strong understanding of ERP-centric landscapes (M3 experience is a plus) and modern integration and data architecture Ability to work in a matrix organization, and to influence and build trust without relying on formal authority Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex architecture to senior business leaders and to engineers Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar, applied pragmatically Fluent English; Finnish and/or Swedish are a strong advantage Nice to have: Experience from a large transformation or system-renewal program Background in FMCG, food, retail or consumer goods Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven integration and analytics What we offer A visible role in a major transformation, with direct access to the CIO and the IT & Digital leadership team Real mandate to shape how architecture works at Paulig A collaborative, straightforward culture in a company with strong brands and long-term ownership Interested?
