Customer Transformation Director

Are you a senior Customer Service transformation leader who wants to build and grow something , rather than simply join an established team? Accenture Song is looking for a Customer Transformation Director to help grow our Customer Service capability in Finland. This is a senior, client-facing role combining business development, transformation and delivery , with CRM and technology acting as enablers rather than the starting point. What you’ll do Shape and lead large-scale Customer Service and Customer Transformation programmes Identify client challenges and translate them into transformation opportunities Originate and sell transformation work with senior stakeholders Lead complex engagements from strategy through delivery Help build our Customer Service capability and market presence in Finland Work with major Finnish clients, particularly across Industrial Products and complex B2B environments What we’re looking for Significant experience in Customer Service, Customer Transformation or CRM-enabled business transformation Industrial Products experience Proven experience shaping and selling large transformation programmes Strong senior stakeholder and commercial experience Knowledge of the Finnish market Finnish is an advantage, but not mandatory What’s in it for you? 🚀 You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership and visibility in Finland , growing an existing capability where there is already strong client demand.
