Jobbeskrivning

Are you passionate about technology, driven by sales, and motivated by building strong customer relationships? Join Henkel’s friendly Finnish team. In this field-based role, you’ll combine technical curiosity with a commercial mindset to help industrial clients find innovative solutions, grow their businesses, and achieve lasting results. If you enjoy discovering new opportunities, working independently, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! About the company: Henkel is a global company operating across both industrial and consumer goods markets through its two business units: Adhesive Technologies and Consumer Brands. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, Henkel develops solutions that create value for customers and consumers worldwide. Through Adhesive Technologies, Henkel is a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings, helping industrial customers improve their processes and solve technical challenges. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Loctite, Teroson, Technomelt, and Bonderite. You’ll join Henkel’s Finnish Industrial Sales Team, a knowledgeable and collaborative group that combines technical expertise with commercial experience. You’ll benefit from the support of experienced colleagues, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to grow your career within an international organization. About the role: As a Account manager, you’ll be responsible for developing sales and identifying new business opportunities across Southeast and Central Finland. You’ll work closely with both existing and prospective customers, understanding their technical challenges and helping them find solutions that add value to their operations. Your customer base will be diverse, ranging from small maintenance and repair (MRO) companies to large original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial production facilities. Every day brings new opportunities to explore different industries, build relationships, and turn customer needs into business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing sales and driving new business opportunities within your territory. Proactively identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers. Building and strengthening relationships with existing customers and business partners. Understanding customer processes and technical challenges to recommend tailored solutions. Conducting product demonstrations, customer training, and after-sales support. Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative products and applications that create customer value. Managing your sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, and working towards quarterly and annual sales targets. Collaborating with colleagues, technical specialists, and other departments to deliver the best possible customer solutions. This is a home-office-based role with significant freedom and responsibility to plan your own working week. On average, you’ll spend three days visiting customers, one day in digital meetings, and one day at Henkel’s Finnish office in Vantaa. You’ll be provided with an electric company car and travel and occasional overnight stays within the territory will be part of the role. You’ll receive a structured onboarding programme and ongoing support from experienced colleagues and technical specialists, helping you build your product knowledge and develop the skills needed to succeed. Location: You should be based within the sales territory covering Southeast and Central Finland. In any of the regions listed below: Päijät-Häme Kymenlaakso Etelä-Karjala Etelä-Savo Keski-Suomi Parts of Pohjois-Karjala About you: You’re a commercially minded and proactive professional who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come along. You combine an analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on approach and are curious about how technology and engineering solutions can help businesses improve. You’re comfortable working independently, building relationships with different types of customers, and taking ownership of your sales results. You’re also a team player who values collaboration, learns from others, and brings fresh perspectives to the table. We believe you have: Experience in B2B sales, ideally within technical solutions, industrial products, or technical distribution. A proven ability to identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships. A genuine interest in engineering, technology, and technical problem-solving. Strong analytical skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Fluency in Finnish and a good professional command of English. A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel regularly within your territory. The ability to work independently, plan your activities, and take responsibility for achieving sales targets. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, as is experience selling to manufacturing companies, maintenance organizations, or industrial customers. Most i
