Commercial Co-Founder — Omistajatieto / Hållakoll (Nordics · equity + salary) Every home, cottage, boat and car has a history — receipts, service records, manuals, warranties, renovations. Today it’s scattered across drawers, inboxes and the previous owner’s memory. We’re building the place it finally lives. Omistajatieto (Hållakoll in Sweden) is a SaaS platform where owners keep the full story of their property in one place — and where service providers, insurers and brands meet those owners at the right moment. We launched in October 2026 and passed 230 owners across Finland and Sweden in under a month, with real properties and our first paying customers. We’re now raising our pre-seed round. The ambition: become the Nordic standard for ownership records — the trusted history layer behind every sale, service and insurance decision for homes, cottages, boats and vehicles.
