Primary location: ASKOLA Assistant manager, grocery retail Purpose of the roleThe assistant manager supports the store manager in the daily management of the store. In the absence of the store manager, they act as their deputy The assistant manager participates in operational work, although the main focus is on organising tasks and managing staff The assistant manager plays a key role as an active communicator both towards the team and the store manager The assistant manager is proficient in the same tasks as a salesperson and responsible salesperson Key responsibilities and main objectives | What is the role responsible for?
