PMO Coordinator

About the role As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the project and programme teams during the crucial planning phase of two major projects. You will work closely with the PMO lead and project managers to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient administrative workflows. You will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow, working alongside supportive professionals in a truly global environment. Work tasks - Maintain project documentation, templates, and reports - Support meeting planning, agendas, minutes, and action tracking - Collect and consolidate project status information - Support communication and coordination between project stakeholders - Follow up on project schedules, milestones, issues, and risks - Provide administrative support to Programme Leads and Project Managers We are looking for - Some relevant work experience - Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote - Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken - Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international project environment Other information: - Start: As soon as possible - Employment period: Untill 31.03.2027, with the possibility to extension - Location: Helsinki, mostly remote work possibility   Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
