Sales Consultant

As a result of our growth in our international markets, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to support our sales operations and deliver exceptional experiences to our international partners and guests. Your main responsibilities Managing B2B reservation processes from start to finish. Entering bookings from tour operators and travel agencies (TO/TA) into our booking systems. Managing and coordinating reservations with different departments, ensuring a smooth process from the initial booking through to the end customer. What we offer Fixed term employment until end of March 2027 (112.5 hours over a three-week period). Flexible working hours , including shift work and weekend work during the peak season from November to March. The opportunity to grow and develop as part of an inspiring, diverse, and welcoming team. What we expect from you Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Finnish, Italian, French, or Spanish is considered an advantage. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills. Previous experience in the tourism industry in Lapland and familiarity with booking systems such as Travius, Bókun, and MEWS are considered an advantage.
