Production Manager

Responsibilities: - Plan production based on sales forecasts for timely delivery - Coordinating production team to ensure that products are ready on time with QMS and IVDR compliance - Plan raw material availability with the procurement team with buffer stocks of critical raw materials - Controlling products quality to meet the requirements of first tier quality control acceptance - Control and manage calibrator and control value assignment as per customer needs - Validating and scaling up products - Implementing, improving and documenting production processes - Controlling and reporting monthly production volumes and quality to the supervisor and management - Ensuring production processes and products meet the requirements of QMS and IVDR standards - Implement and follow GLP/GMP manufacturing practices Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters in Science – Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology - 5-10 years experience in production management - Experience in ERP system usage (preferably SAP) in production - Good communication skills with fluency in Finnish and English - Strong organizing and supervising skills - Strong knowledge of production measurement metrics Familiar with MS Office with good presentation skills Yhteystiedot: Sanchit Ganjoo, [email protected] Hakuohjeet: Please share your CV by email to [email protected] Palkkaus: Salary will depend on experience Ilmoitus jätetty: 14.10.2026 Hakuaika päättyy: 23.10.2026 Työmarkkinatorin ilmoitusnumero: 0e7a8cab-8565-48bb-948f-520d6efdbea2 Lähde: Työmarkkinatorin asiakastietojärjestelmä .
