Mechanical Engineering Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for an Engineering Manager with a mechanical engineering background to support our client's engineering activities in Porvoo, Finland. This is a part-time assignment with a start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in mechanical engineering, experience coordinating engineering activities and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering activities * Support engineering planning, scheduling and resource coordination * Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables * Coordinate with project teams, clients and other engineering disciplines * Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements * Identify technical challenges and support problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field * Previous experience in mechanical engineering in process industry environment * Experience in engineering coordination, project management or technical leadership * Good understanding of engineering documentation and project execution * Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills We follow pay transparency principles and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview.
