You will support equipment engineering and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality layout solutions. Work tasks As a Plant Engineer Layout, you will execute 3D modeling, generate plant design drawings, and coordinate engineering activities while learning from experienced mentors. - Develop 3D models and generate technical drawings for plant layouts. - Coordinate and manage subcontracted engineering work. - Provide layout and plant design support to equipment engineering, procurement, and customer interfaces. - Ensure engineering activities comply with business processes and technology requirements. - Collaborate closely with senior layout designers and project teams. - Contribute to the development of minerals processing plants and engineering solutions. We are looking for - Degree in engineering or another relevant technical field. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. - Good communication skills in English. - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites. It is meritorious if you have - Understanding of engineering tools such as Autodesk Plant 3D, MicroStation - Engineering background combined with experience in 3D plant design. - Fluent Spanish laguage skills. - Previous experience in layout design from internships or 1-2 years in a similar engineering environment.
