We value versatile experience, while also wanting to provide opportunities for growth in both new technologies and industries. At Gofore, you will have a genuine opportunity to influence your own career path and shape the role you build for yourself. Sharing knowledge is also at the heart of being a Goforean. If you wish, you can mentor junior developers, facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to our culture of continuous learning and professional development. What we offer At Gofore, you’ll be part of a caring and diverse community where your contribution matters. Our culture is built on trust, openness, and collaboration. We share knowledge, solve challenges together, and learn from one another. You’ll work alongside highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. Salary For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilisation rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader. Typical salaries for this role range from 5 500-7 000 € per month, in addition to a bonus based on your monthly billing. The final salary level will be defined as discussions progress and we gain a more detailed understanding of your expertise. We also offer separate bonuses linked to the company’s success, which may relate to areas such as recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s brand awareness.
