This varied role combines technical expertise, customer service, sales support and a range of business support processes. The purpose of the role is to ensure an excellent level of service for our customers while enabling continuous sales growth in the Finnish market. Website: www.ebeco.com Your responsibilities You will be responsible for a broad range of technical support and sales support activities, including: ·    Providing technical advice for contractors, designers and distributors ·    Handling orders, claims and technical enquiries ·    Preparing and following up on quotations ·    Monitoring orders, deliveries and projects ·    Supporting the sales team with technical solutions ·    Maintaining and updating product information ·    Maintaining pricing data and providing pricing support ·    Supporting marketing campaigns ·    Identifying new customers, sourcing contact details and potentially participating in meetings with designers and consultants ·    Organising training sessions for customers Role is mainly office work but requires time to time travelling both inside Finland and abroad. Travelling is maximum 20% of overall working time. Location preference is in our office in Kilo, Espoo. You may be the person we are looking for if ·    You have an electrical engineering qualification, such as a vocational electrician qualification or a Bachelor of Engineering degree. ·    You have a few years of work experience or are close to graduating from higher education. ·    You are proactive, solution-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to develop and learn new things. ·    You are interested in the sales of technical solutions and in customer service. ·    You work systematically and accurately. ·    You are able to manage several concurrent tasks and competing priorities. ·    You have strong IT skills and quickly learn new systems. ·    You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. ·    Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.
