AI Designer

Your role in a nutshell As an AI Designer, you help our customers identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that create sustainable and meaningful value for both businesses and end-users. You combine business understanding, human-centered and AI expertise to help organizations solve complex challenges, redesign ways of working, and successfully adopt AI-powered solutions. The solutions may involve Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization, recommendation systems, or other data-driven technologies. You work closely with AI/ML Architects, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders. Your role is to help teams focus on the right problems, design useful solutions, and create measurable outcomes for users and organizations. Depending on the engagement, you may help customers identify and prioritize AI opportunities, redesign business processes, facilitate strategic discussions, shape AI roadmaps, support adoption and transformation initiatives, or contribute to the design of AI-enabled services and products. We will discuss the exact scope and focus of your role based on your experience, skills, and interests. Depending on your level of experience and responsibility, your monthly salary will range from 5500 € to 6500 €. In practice, your work includes: Facilitating AI opportunity discovery, prioritization and ideation workshops. Understanding customer processes, users, and business goals. Supporting the development of AI strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. Designing future workflows where people and AI collaborate effectively. Creating concepts, service blueprints, journey maps, prototypes, and experiments. Defining requirements, success criteria and business outcomes for AI solutions. Working closely with AI/ML Architects, AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists throughout the solution lifecycle. Facilitating alignment and decision-making across business stakeholders, users, and technical teams regarding AI investments and priorities. Supporting AI adoption, organizational change and capability development. Contributing to Solita's methods, offerings and thought leadership related to AI and analytics.
