Tour Guides – Winter Season 2026–2027 in Levi, Finnish Lapland

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Tour Guides to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027 in Levi, Finnish Lapland. We organise exciting Arctic experiences for international guests, including snowmobile tours, ice fishing and Northern Lights excursions. Your responsibilities Guiding guests on snowmobile tours, ice fishing trips and Northern Lights excursions Welcoming and assisting international guests Ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests Providing information about Lapland, nature and local attractions Preparing equipment and helping with practical arrangements Creating a friendly and memorable experience for our guests Working as part of an international and professional team Requirements Good spoken English Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Comfortable and resilient when working outdoors in cold winter conditions, as most of the work takes place outside Physically fit and prepared for active outdoor work Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays Previous experience in tourism, guiding or outdoor activities is an advantage Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a strong advantage, as we welcome guests from many different European countries. Experience with snowmobiles, winter activities or guiding is an advantage, but motivated applicants are welcome to apply.
