Office Coordinator (part-time), Nordic Semiconductor Finland, Tampere

About the role In this part-time role, you will be the heart of our Tampere office, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and guests. Working closely with our Oulu-based support team, you will manage daily logistics, coordinate fun social events, and keep our workspace organized. Work tasks - Coordinate daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, tidy environment - Organize office social events, staff gatherings, and traditional "fika" moments - Prepare meeting rooms, including catering, cleanliness, and checking AV/IT equipment - Manage office supplies, general procurement, and incoming/outgoing deliveries - Welcome visitors and provide general front-desk support - Act as the main point of contact for facility maintenance, cleaning, and equipment vendors We are looking for - A proactive, empathetic, and highly organized approach to work - Fluent English skills and at least B-level (good) Finnish skills - Experience in service-minded roles such as retail, hospitality, or customer service - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools It is meritorious if you have - Basic knowledge of AI tools and Canva - Norwegian and/or Swedish language skills Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
