Managing Director, PostNord TPL Finland

Are you an experienced business leader who combines commercial drive, operational leadership and financial discipline? Join PostNord TPL and lead the next phase of profitable growth in Finland. As Managing Director Finland, you will have full responsibility for the Finnish TPL business, including P&L, strategy execution, operational performance, customer relationships and people leadership. You will report directly to the CEO of PostNord TPL and be a member of the Nordic TPL Management Team. Key responsibilities - Own the Finnish TPL P&L, budget, forecasts and business plan. - Lead and develop the Finnish management team and organization. - Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality warehouse operations. - Strengthen customer relationships and improve profitability. - Drive profitable growth and new business opportunities. - Develop operational capabilities, technology and scalability. - Collaborate closely with Nordic TPL functions and PostNord Finland. - Represent PostNord TPL externally with customers and stakeholders. What we expect from you - Significant leadership experience with full P&L responsibility. - Proven ability to lead leaders and deliver business transformation. - Strong commercial mindset and customer leadership skills. - Operational understanding from logistics, supply chain or another complex service environment. - Experience working in an international or Nordic matrix organization. - Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage. - Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
