About the role In this role, you won’t just be sitting behind a screen; you'll have a broad impact on the entire process. Working within an expert network, about half of your working time will be spent on machine design—further developing our current products and new equipment, such as pressure vessels and hygienic solutions. Roughly a fifth of your work consists of customer-specific engineering, which includes technical problem-solving, defining equipment specifications, component selection, and managing procurement processes. The remainder of your role involves managing subcontracting and projects. You can primarily work remotely if you wish, but the role requires visiting our production center in Joensuu about once a month, as well as global travel—from Vietnam to the Americas.
