AI Operations Droppe · Remote first Droppe grows and launches brands for people doing essential, hands-on work: building homes, growing food, moving goods and keeping the lights on. We work with brands including New Balance and Skechers, and develop our own products. A small human team works alongside AI colleagues on our own agent platform. We’re hiring someone to own the operating day: suppliers, orders, invoices, payments and the exceptions in between. You’ll work with Finn, our operations agent, and Penny, our finance agent. You give them context, check their work and step in when a case needs a human. When the same issue returns, you help the agents handle it better next time. What you’ll do • Keep orders moving. Follow up with suppliers and customers, resolve delivery issues and close outstanding cases. • Handle invoices and payments when the agents need support. Check the source, resolve discrepancies and follow through. • Keep supplier information, product listings and catalogues accurate. • Run the operations and finance agents. Give them what they need, review their results and decide when to step in. • Turn recurring problems into tools, skills or better workflows, then check that the changes work. What you’ll bring • You already use Claude or ChatGPT to get real work done and build things with AI. • You take ownership and finish what you start, including the repetitive details. • You’re comfortable with spreadsheets, CSV files, order tracking and checking information against its source. • You communicate clearly in English. Finnish, Swedish or German is a plus. • Experience in e-commerce operations, suppliers, catalogues or payments is useful. A formal engineering background isn’t required.
