Store Design & Development Coordinator

MikuMiku Oy is looking for a Store Design & Development Coordinator to support the development and expansion of our retail locations in Finland. The role involves store layout and interior planning, coordination of renovation and retail fit-out projects, project cost estimation and budgeting, material assessment, communication with contractors and suppliers, and supporting new store development projects from planning through implementation. Requirements Relevant educational or professional background in cost engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, interior/store development, or a related field Knowledge of construction cost estimation and project budgeting Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Good organisational and project coordination skills Good working proficiency in English Previous experience in store design, fit-out, or development projects for character/IP, lifestyle, collectible toy, or specialty retail brands, such as POP MART, MINISO, Sanrio, or similar retail concepts, is considered a strong advantage.
